The brand of the company was just the way I taught it would be
Support from management
The management team was a group of women who the their best for the company
When it came down to team work we got the job done and made sure we had our goals made for the days work.
Freedom to work independently
I like to work by myself for the most part because there wasn't any team work type of experience
Our communication level I believe was a ten out of ten because our managers and the General managers always kept us up to date with everything that was going on in our store and in our sister stores.
Everyone were equals in fields
Attitude towards older colleagues
There was really older people at the job
If you did good job in sales and commission they would consider you for floor supervisor position
Overall compensation for your work
The compensation was what I expected for the commission I was making
Office / Work Environment
There environment was good. Very exciting way to work for a shoe company. It really wasn't your average shoe company. Very trendy and stylish for young women.
That I do not know.
My work life was never in the way of my personal life. They never clashed
I was proud to work for this company the whole time I was there
I taught that I would of kept my position for a long time but that didn't work out
There wasn't anything like that
It was a safe environment but there wasn't any workshops for it
My work was challenging but it was fun because I got to help the customers that came to the store
Inclusive / Diverse
We were a very diverse company. When it came to hiring it didn't matter your race or gender. Even though we only sold women shoes we still involve male workers
