What I like
Company events. Great out reach events as well.
What I dislike
That they treat their employees down the list and seem to prioritize professions on accolades and what department they are a part of.
Suggestions for improvement
Be fair across all professions. Better explain the business side of it to employees so we know why we are changing what we are changing. I’d also like to see upper management do our job for a week so they know exactly what they’re asking of us.
My coworkers are mostly good and build one another up. Not the case with management.
