Many good people working there whose focus was the students.
Freedom to work independently
Too many mandates from central administration; attempts to micromanage.
Definite lack of communication from administration.
Very centered on the idea of equality in the workplace.

Suggestions for improvement
- Definite need to revamp process for lesson plan approval as well as communication issues.
What I like about the company
Brand new school and excellent resources to be used in the classroom. Definitely setup as a "21st Century classroom".
What I dislike about the company
Too many demands on paperwork and lesson plans. I had to submit lesson plans 2-3 per week for one week's lesson plan.
