Suggestions for improvement
- Actually care about what works, what doesn't, and why. Regard employee comments and issues. Giving lip service to satisfy a legalistic definition of "addressing the issue" is a waste of time, and validates employee belief that no issue will really be addressed, nothing will change, and raising an issue will only mark you as a problem.

What I dislike about the company
They are confused about the definition of diversity. They say there is, but there isn't. Employees can be different ages or races, but must share the same sense of humor, educational, social, cultural, & political values & views, same verbal and nonverbal communication and clothing style . . .
Communication in some departments is non-existent. they say they are a communicative group, but communication is highly prohibited ore even withheld in some sections.
