The only thing positive is I work my hardest no matter what. I am not going to give less because I get less.

I don't feel our place of work has a chance for certain people to grow and make more money.

What I like

They have excellent benefits. Have a tight budget with no room to grow, but the job you have keeps me busy.

What I dislike

I don't disapprove. It is a great starter job and better if you become in the union.
