- Ensure that all leaders actually adhere to policies for health and well-being, anti-discrimination and anti-bullying, and code of conduct.
What I like about the company
Good opportunities for college graduates. Legacy construction projects are something to be proud of (Air Force Memorial, Perot Museum, Disney). Unfortunately, the culture has changed with new leadership, and business performance means uncertain futures fo job site and support staff. Unethical business practices, harassment, and discrimination are prevalent in leadership within the parent company.
What I dislike about the company
Upper leadership need to practice what they preach. Focus on employee engagement (without hypocrisy). Ease off on pushing for impossible profit margins. Don’t expect industry-leading profitability from a workforce and culture you refuse to invest in. Peple WERE your greatest asset, but now your most talented, passionate people have either been let go, left, or gone silent. You are driving short-term profits and stock prices up, but not investing in long-term sustainability.
