Management is trained. They are all grandfathered in and have poor leadership skills. Behaviors and attitudes are horrible.
Support from management
Management extremely needs training. This has been requested several times and ignored or out on the back burner. Meantime, everyone is leaving for Cozen which is an excellent place to work in comparison.
The team has no choice but to work long hours. It is mandatory to work on several weekends and holidays. This is a bad place to work.
