Support from management
The review process is perfunctory at best. The raises are already decided and there seems to be a dearth of positive feedback. Workers do not thrive on "constructive criticism" alone.
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher pay. More obvious appreciation of the efforts of staff besides on required occasions such as Administrative Professionals' Day and holiday times.
What I dislike about the company
There is an air of exclision. One is either in the inner circle or one is left alone.
