Suggestions for improvement
- Reduced assessment. The opportunity to plan curriculum on a more individual basis, based on research and students’ needs.
What I like about the company
Being a public school teacher can be extremely rewarding when you have the opportunity to actually teach.
What I dislike about the company
There is too much testing, curriculum that doesn’t align with the goals and assessments, and an overall feeling that teachers’ knowledge, training, ideas, and abilities are not valuable.
