They can't get it straight. They claim they care about bullying in the workplace but, would not listen to my employees' concerns.
Support from Management
I went through the proper channels & I was retaliated against.
Suggestions for improvement
- If you are against bullying then listen to employees concerns, not the race of the bullying.
I like about the employer
The discounts at all Gap Inc stores.
I dislike about the employer
The difference in Districts as I came from CA & had an incredibly run team.
