Suggestions for improvement
- Stop trying to get 9.5 hours work for 8 hours pay. Have enough employees to cover contracts that you sell without making 1 person be on call every day, every night and every weekend. Most of all, replace upper management who understand the industry and consider technicians as human beings
I like about the employer
When I first started with the company, they cared about the employee. The last year I was with them, they could have cared less about the employee and the personal live outside of work. They expected a technician to be on call night and weekend without pay unless they were on PTO.
