- The executives at this company have been there for many years and have not been able to turn around the business. They need to replace ineffective management not replace the staff with cheaper outsource resources.

Company building located in close proximity to home.
What I dislike about the company
This company has addressed shrinking business by eliminating American jobs for cheaper jobs overseas. Job turnover is very high due to lack of clear direction from excutive management. There is no job security or career growth at this company.
