Suggestions for improvement
- Most to all companies know they don't pay/compensate the faces of their companies properly, Airlines, Medical/Vet. , Life insurance or Health insurance and of course banking and cable companies like Directv/AT & T and Centurylink to name a few just don't, they forget like Banfield new employees have no vacation, you are paid less and no seniority yet you do them same job if not more than everyone else and this is expected with you missing no days and not utilizing the few benefits you receive from the company . Banfield should pay/compensate for the work considerably more than they do , flexibility with schedules for full time and of course vacation/sick leave and forbid FMLA should not be magic trick that is only mentioned in a fairy tale. Benefits for your pets, free travel but only when you can take/get a day off and not get bumped, complimentary cable for employees and not why you stay or even got to work for an company the companies have forgotten you are there to add to what they offer and make it better, so give better to your employees.

When I was going thru the interviewing process I was excited because of the possibilities of advancement, teamwork and "flexability" with work schedule
