Position Management/executive staff
Culture at corporate office is one of dedication and commitment. Unfortunately, that does not make it to the local hospitals.
Support from Management
Sending reports with revenue numbers does not correlate to effective leadership.
Teamwork at the hospital level is fine. Good, hard-working teams. But pay and focus on everything but the medicine causes high turnover rates.
Level of Autonomy
You are on your own - whether you like it or not. Field leadership has infrequent visits to each hospital and the field directors are not always experienced with hospital work. Their credibility with the teams is questionaable.
