For the most part, colleagues worked well together but within the last year I was there, team leaders and senior portfolio managers would cause unnecessary competition amongst colleagues which would cause resentment amongst others.
Within the department I was in there was not a lot of diversity. Many employees that were hired were not diverse.
Suggestions for improvement
- More diversity and better pay. There are a lot of people who work very hard and do not get compensated .
