Suggestions for improvement
- Provide tutoring assistence to employees. Provide more vacation and tuition reimbursement
Aggressively growing the company.
Hiring process is convoluted and tedious. Staffing levels suffer in order to satisfy antiquated hiring models. People in HR clearly do not understand the correlation between staffing and outstanding customer service.
The benefit package in terms of health Insurance are pitiful, the deductibles are so high that you can't afford to go to the doctor.
