Not enough opportunities for career advancement
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide promotion opportunities for individuals based on their skill set, experience, education, etc; not based on if they are well liked ,if they have certain connections within company, or the color of their skin. I witnessed several well equipped employees leave due to unfair promotions of unqualified employees.
