Suggestions for improvement
- Management is not for everyone. Those up top should look at turnover rates and see how they can help improve the branch culture. Great managers = happy and high performing employees. This then leads to AWESOME customer service.
What I like about the company
Free health insurance! I enjoyed my time here. I learned a great deal from all that I worked with. I made some great friendships along the way.
What I dislike about the company
There have been some AMAZING and hard workers that have come and gone. These people should have received counter offers and kept with the company. The lack of advancement opportunities and competitive pay drives many to seek employment elsewhere. I learned a great deal here and it was a great way to help start my banking career.
