A lot of backstabbing.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire qualified managers, not management that can manage to "look busy". Walk the talk. Live by your mission and values. Keep politics and religion OUT of the workplace. Don't put down those who have different faith beliefs.

Under- qualified management. Emotionally unintelligent management. No support, lots of gossip and backstabbing.
