Support from Management
No communication, turn over is too high due to no proper training of new employees. Lots of favortism. Do not take employess opinions and concerns into consideration.
Only allow new employees to chose better schedules, instead of employees who have been with the company longer. Management does not post job openings to allow in house employees to apply.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Discriminate against senior employees.
