Company culture does not exist here

Support from management

Some pretty good with communicating, but there are secrets kept that affect the flow of work and the people who actually do the work.

Teamwork

This company is divided into discrete sections with a specific set of tasks and an accepted/approved method of performing these tasks. The individual sections seem to work well within themselves and do not seem to have too much trouble keeping things running smoothly.
