Suggestions for improvement
- Some in Management could have more of a personable approach and open door policy and more positive in their approach with their staff.
Time matrix are unreasonable, they have changed it so that even people who started in the beginning cannot meet the matrix and bonus,
The people that I worked with were great, my team was more like a small family
Communication was okay most of the time, but if it involved making things better for the employee, ie. The system and improvements they don't listen well
