every year there is an employee engagement survey that asks about our opinion. Managers go over this survey in detail to improve work place. There are also yearly fairs to celebrate employees.

I work as a Nurse Coordinator. My managers are excellent. As long as I am able to complete my work in a timely fashion, they trust me to manage myself.

Suggestions for improvement

• The raises are not a lot. They are not much more than inflation. the company is choosing to expand rather than increase salaries.

What I like about the company

I have never felt more valued or respected. My managers trust me with my role as a Nurse to do my job effectively. I am also constantly learning.

What I dislike about the company

The company does not pay for parking. However, Forest Park is within close walking distance.
