I really love my boss. She makes working there really nice. I like the diversity

What I dislike

I hate that we have to pay for parking. And that it is sooooooo expensive. It’s ridiculous

Suggestions for improvement

Lower the price of parking. Also, there are no CocaCola products. Only Pepsi. That is awful

State of the art equipment. Neqest technology is always provided. Paid CEs.

Administrative decision making is biased.

Structural change for safer property. Changes to leadership who make choices fairly. A more work life balance. When you have a family, with children, its impossible yo meet their expectations of sick time without outside family help w your children.

Management is involved and supportive of staff. Staff is like family across all units. Everyone works together.
