Its a mess. The President is the best! He totally appreciates each and every person. His management "team" makes him look bad. Because they as so unorganized and never agree on issues, so nothing can ever be resolved. You are left hanging!
Support from management
Nothing is REALISTIC at this company. They ask for your input, but they really are not interested.
It is very difficult to work in an office with management telling lies and yelling at you.
Freedom to work independently
I worked PERFECTLY independently. Then a drunk was hired and everything I did was wrong or incorrect and "not up to managements expectations".
This is the major downfall.....even in the same department, things are done behind your back and no ever lets you know. Then they get all upset when issues come up. It is very difficult to work for a drunk

Overall compensation for your work
The management would prefer to not pay anyone and get all the labor for FREE. Not a good paying company. Randstad staffing can tell you all about that.

I want to believe that others that purchase from Barron see them as a GREAT company. The President deserves all the credit. He is a great person!
There is no stability at this company, because that is a tool they use to get you to work for free. Management scares you into working or they will fire you. BAD Vibes.
This was no issue, the parking lot was all painted. They do not have an HR dept, so there is no way to protect yourself. No people, EXCEPT management can enter through the front door of the building -- weird and immature
Was a mess! Now it is much better. Finally, they hired an Operations Manager-a man. So things did get up to today's level of security and safety
The half-way done work was very challenging. I was very proud the production I handled with out any help. Then the drunk came and it all became a huge MESS!!

Nothing is truly decided. The management lives on a Wing 'n a prayer. The President has no idea what the management does. Management doesnt know what they do, until the result creates issue then the bale out and want you to decide why it didn't work and "fix it"
Suggestions for improvement
- The President should become aware of the management he currently has and listen to people, before they leave. The turnover is so high, because it's like no one cares.
What I like about the company
I liked that I was trusted to do a great job and that I would be compensated, as well. But that never happened.
