- Replace senior management and look at the calendar- it's 2016, not 1966
Toxic. Employees attempting to do the right thing get due to affecting the big egos of incompetent management. The best thing one can do is keep their head low and allow status quo.
Customers, employees, and suppliers are the most important assets any company has. In typically that order. Management does not treat it as such. This toxic culture starts at the top.
