Suggestions for improvement
- Again, there's not much to mention. I think standardization on SOPs would be great. It's sometimes hard to figure out where the line should be drawn on when to take care of the customer and when to pull back for the business.
What I like about the company
I've had a great experience working with the company. All of management seems very down to earth and easy to talk to. Co-workers are very pleasant. The pay is pretty good considering the average pay in the area and the setting is phenomenal. It can be very busy, but it helps the day go by quickly. There's always the ability to learn and grow more within the company for anyone who takes the initiative.
