Suggestions for improvement
- Communication and teamwork interdepartmentally would go a long way in how this company is run.
Morale at an all time low.
Expecting more with less staff and payroll. All the signs of a company wanting to go public.
Terrible and antiquated register systems and IT.
Rapidly changing with recent staffing cuts.
Outwardly family centered, but little regard for associates by staying open 364 days a year at retail stores.
