Cut hours. Upper management is lazy. They have their favorites. Pay is the worst compared to other BPS.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be more understanding of the employee needs. Provide more training and allow movement between depts. stop cutting hours. Even for full timers. No one can survive off of the hours. Give your employees breaks even when it's busy. Instead of allowing them to work several hours without a break.
