Support from management
Management were like high schoolers. Gossiping about our employees and bullying them into working unfair hours and/or shifts. Restaurant needs to be run more professionally.
Employees need to be allowed more balance. Too much is expected from staff. As a salaried employee I never worked less then 6 days or 80 hours. No overtime was ever given as a salaried wmployee
At times they put the safety of their employees in danger by staying open during state of emergency conditions.
What I like about the company
The restaurant was a clean and safe place to work. Many of the employees were dedicated and nice.
What I dislike about the company
Restaurant management was in need of professional leadership. Management did not know how to build a restaurant culture.
