Company makes changes based on favoritism vs performance. Managers come across very scripted in communication vs sincere. Unreal expectations. Lean administration sends out incorrect information. Too much work put on too few staff. Many toxic work environments. Puts people without proper skills into positions and create more work for others. Unethical business practices allowed.
Support from Management
Management acts more like a parent. Doesn't utilize talent of team. Narrow focused management. Managers promoted on sales success vs skill set and background. Like yes people or koolaid drinkers. Very little diversity in the company management. Look the other way with manager questionable behavior. Pretend feedback is important but never receive it openly.
