Very few employees are helpful to one another. Everyone has their own agenda.
Good old boy mentality. If you're not buddies with management, or a relative, you've got a long, hard struggle ahead of you.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is average for the area, although they keep adding more work, and act surprised when no one can keep up.
Just expected to be there at their beck and call. If you don't like it, you are forced to fill in.
Used to be a good place to work. Now they don't care about the employees, or product quality. The only thing that matters is big numbers, and once again, they act surprised about all the rework.
Job is secure, if you want to stagnate in Mountain Home, Arkansas for the rest of your life.
Company preaches safety, but allows and even forces employees to perform work that is detrimental to their health and well being.
