Company stands by their employees. Wish the benefits were better and the pay. CSM's do a lot to manage the offices.
What I like
Bayada tries to stay ahead of the changes with payment. Everyone is really nice and truly believes in the mission.

More of an understanding how hard CSM's work. Sometimes we are not acknowledged the way we feel we should be.
