Bayada tries to stay ahead of the changes with payment. Everyone is really nice and truly believes in the mission.

The benefits could be better, and the pay.

More of an understanding how hard CSM's work. Sometimes we are not acknowledged the way we feel we should be.

Love that the company stands by their mission and beliefs. Co-workers feel like family. We do not get yearly raises, or a cost of living adjustment.
