What I like

The staff is always willing to answer questions. Email communication always gets a quick response. Willing to work with you for scheduling. Provided flexible times for training

What I dislike

Hired as a Registered nurse but caseloads have not warrented my skill level. I feel I was mislead when i was hired as far as availability

Suggestions for improvement

The only change I could see is the salary but that is not totally within there ability to change

Company Culture

Working in homecare cultural awareness is very important. Employees are trained on this in orientation and management is always available if you need any questions answered in how to handle any problems.

Office / Work Environment

To the best of their ability, working in home care they insure that you are safe and have everything you need to take care of your patient but cannot change the environment in which they love

Environmental Friendliness

Not that I am aware of

Overall compensation for your work

Lowest pay scale in my area

Career Development

They provide continuing education courses and I services to further your knowledge in areas pertinant to the clients needs
