As with any organization there is an element of leaders looking our for themselves rather than for the organization, but overall, good support.
Suggestions for improvement
- There is a bit of a hands-off approach from top leaders, which can be a good thing. But it is partially due to spreaing those leaders too thin. A more appropriate span of control for senior leaders would allow them to have a better understanding of each team under their control and ensure that the correct decisions are being made.
