Suggestions for improvement
- The employees should be more open and friendly. At the very least, they should introduce the new employee to others and make them feel welcome. And the new employee shouldn't be replaced and phased out just because a former employee returns.
What I dislike about the company
I was hired part time and was only given part time hours which was fine. But then a previous employee that had move out of town came pack and was rehired. She was given hours that were taken away from me. I feel like they should not have rehired her if they didn't have the hours to even give me in the first place. I feel she was given preference because she had worked there previously. Also the staff was not friendly at all. People were not introduced to me. I had to go around asking people their names and such because everyone just kept to themselves. There was no real feeling of "team" or "family".
