Suggestions for improvement
- Hire new top management from the outside. BB&T's incestuous promote-from-within attitude results in an executive board culture that is overly cautious, has a poor understanding of modern technology and is steeped in the past, not the future. The ship is going nowhere, so the best sailors tend to jump ship.
What I like about the company
Job security is a big thing. No one gets laid off. Unless they're a contractor.
