Support from Management
Goals and expectations change from week to week with little notice. Employee input is not taken in consideration. Constant micromanagement.
My colleagues and I worked well together, when allowed to by management.

This is a financial institution where jobs are constantly being phased out or hours are reduced. There is very little room for advancement.
