Support from management
Goals and expectations change from week to week with little notice. Employee input is not taken in consideration. Constant micromanagement.
My colleagues and I worked well together, when allowed to by management.
Freedom to work independently
No. Micromanaging is prevalent.
Training is inadequate.
This is a financial institution where jobs are constantly being phased out or hours are reduced. There is very little room for advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
For the number of hours you are expected to work, the salary is not commensurate.
Family may be important to them, but they could care less about yours. You are paid for 40 hours per week and expected to work anywhere from 50-70 hours per week.
I was not.
There was constant corporate restructuring.
Elevator was constantly broken.
On one occasion, an elevator was broken for 2 months. There is no training to prevent ojt accidents.
I was extremely proud of my work product.
Suggestions for improvement
- Respect and treat all employees equally regardless of race and gender. Management needs to playing favorites. Provide adequate training.

Constant restructuring, insufficient training. Very little room for advancement unless you are Hispanic.
