Support from Management
I loved my manager, but as a whole, teams are not given the tools they need to succeed or to remain happy. This starts specifically with HR and the ability to not attracting good talent due to unrealistic salary constraints
Not too many opportunities to move up unless people leave or retire.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't make empty promises to staff. Trust that your managers know what they're doing when trying to make positive changes
