Not a lot of happy people ther.
Support from management
The person I had for a manager was very unprofessional. This was her first job as a manager and it showed. She was rude, abrupt, and down right nasty.
When I first started and all the time I worked I had a hard time getting anyone to help me. There was zero training so you were pretty much on your own.
Freedom to work independently
I was able to make a few friends but I saw a lot of back biting and fighting among the workers because of the poor leadership.
It was hard to communicate with my manager because she was always too busy.
Very much a lack of equality.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Very poor. Again my manager openly showed favoritism to the younger women and treated the older women with lack of any attention. In other words she pretty much ignored us.
They promoted the younger women.
Overall compensation for your work
I worked for a staffing agency, so there wasn't any benefits unless you were hired.
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions improved while I was there. We actually got a floor of our own.
Don't really know how to answer this question.
I also had a lot of work that I took home even though it was prohibited.
They mantained a very good image
Not unless you got hired
Very good accessabilty.
Had good safety standards
Work was again very hard because of the lack of training. You were pretty much on your own. I noticed that all the time I worked there, there was a lot of turn over.
Inclusive / Diverse
There was very few diversity there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire better management people.
- I have to say that if the employees that were hired had received training and had a good management team I would think this would have improved my time there.
What I like about the company
