Suggestions for improvement
- Treat everyone with dignity, stop with the power trips.
Management always claimed open communication, but the main reason for leaving was nothing changed after I communicated my issues several times. They might be open to listen to everything, but rarely acted upon it.
After several people left and responsibilities being combined, I ended up with several other people's tasks on my desk, to which no extra compensation was given.
Management is randomly chosen based of friendship, so if your not best buddies than you are not encouraged to grow and succeed.
