No benefits - No sick time, no vacations, no holidays, no insurance, no 401K, nothing!
Suggestions for improvement
- Institute employee benefits, clearly communicate employee compensation (owners were not always in agreement on this)
I like about the employer
Principals (husband and wife) were very good about keeping employees informed of developments. Employees worked closely as a team
I dislike about the employer
There were ZERO benefits - no insurance, no 401K, no paid vacations, holidays or sick time. Employees were expected to be available if needed 24/7 without being adequately compensated for this.
