No. They did not.The only thing they wanted was for you to prep and produce quickly and their bottom line(it was all about money)
Suggestions for improvement
- It doesn't matter what anyone says. They won't change how they treat their employees. I twisted my ankle on the way to work and was assured that my medical bills would be taken care of, that the company was in the process of obtaining medical insurance for the employees. Not only were my medical bills not paid, I hobbled around and worked several days with a swollen ankle. The pain became so bad that I had to take several days off to recover. They refused to pay me for those days. I lost a total of 4 days pay. And then I was fired because they claimed I talked too much and did not perform my job well.. Not true. And I was never given health insurance the few months I was there.
What I like about the company
Nothing. They started out nice, then changed and treated us like we didn't matter.
What I dislike about the company
I think my previous comment speaks for itself
