Support from Management
No respect for temps
Everybody have their own goal
They will hire the one they "like", not the one that complete the job!
No diversity at all! If you don't think like them don't think!
Suggestions for improvement
- Try to have a more friendly environment. Treat people with respect.

No potential for growth. Management will isolate employees they don't like.
