Suggestions for improvement
- Appreciate and take care of your honest, dependable employees. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers which will increase business. Be honest and upfront in the interview and hiring process. Let people know they will be lifting and unloading 50 lbs crates on a regular basis, up to 300 at a time. Climbing ladders, pushing, pulling and building heavy displays. Not to mention cleaning and scrubbing nasty toilets and floors. Most women are not strong enough to handle what is required, but are not told until after you are hired. Job title/description of cashier or supervisor is a joke. Very misleading.
- Pay people what they are worth.
