Suggestions for improvement
- They need to pay their employees more
I like my department and my supervisors.
Not enough parking for employees, especially those that work midnights and the parking lots are not well lit. Low pay with poor raises. Making considerably less that people who were here only a couple years before because of recession
Implements a new culture model about every 3 years good ideas but unstable atmosphere.
Very team work oriented staff
This varies greatly with department micro management still is a problem in many areas which impacts engagement.
Communication is usually employed well however new role outs such as benefits are done without complete preparation resources.
