Support from management
Certain groups of management can do no wrong even if employees are leaving and express concerns to HR. It can be demoralizing.
Unfortunately communication is not healthy.
If you have a masters degree and you apply for a position, the person picked is always based on favoritism not education or skills. We have a CNO with AA wow
We have a safety committee and nice perks to stay safe
The work can be challenging but no one likes to share so no one else get the opportunity to Excell in his or her performance.
Suggestions for improvement
- Care about the employees who will give 100% as long as they are recognized. A $15 gift card once a year does not work.
What I dislike about the company
I am sadden because there are more VPS and directors than employees. Employees get a 3% increase and and some start at 10.23 an hour.
