Suggestions for improvement
- Seasoned people should manage and coach. Not the other way around.
What I like about the company
Good benefits. Good 401K
What I dislike about the company
Little if any regard given to experienced seasoned employees. Older workers are abused and their experience mean nothing to 20 to 30 something year olds. Mainly because 20 and 30 year olds wouldn't know talent if they saw it. All that matters is if you can run fast.
