Some GLE HR employees do not have a degree in dealing with people issues! They are untrained and are moved into these jobs merely out of luck and who they know rather than experience and SKILL. Some Leads are not good communicators and are lax about leading teams; they come to work, put on headphones, slouch low in chair and pretend they are busy, when they do act as a lead, incorrect direction is often given. Also, some leads fail to respond on weekends when their team mbrs try to contact them. During interviews, some Mgmt mislead and lie by stating that internal employees may move to other opportunities within the company by interviewing for them, however, if you are not part of the “CLICK”, GLE Mgmt prevents movement by lying about the position applied for OR you NEVER get a reply at all. People come to work un-prepared; leaving laptops and keyfobs for security access home, severely disabling their ability to do their jobs, others come in late daily for years with no recourse, some peers make their own hours because of tardiness among other humorous reasons.
Support from management
MGMT at the top level has great vision and direction for the company, however it appears they either are not aware of the GLE Mgmt issues or they have decided to turn the other cheek, allowing insufficient managers to slowly disintegrate their visions and values. When GLE Mgmt. and HR lie and abuse their authority, it tends to make the entire company look bad.
