Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to listen to what their employees are ring to say. Train employees skills needed to excel in their position and not just the global requirements. Managers need to manage and take some ownership and keep paying the buck.
I like about the employer
The party was good. Friendly environment. High concerns about safety and health.
I dislike about the employer
Management is unclear with their directions and is quick to through you under the bus. Structure and processes are convaluted and takes way too long to get anything done. Little sense of accomplishment. Lack of training relevant to a person's position. Years behind in current technology.
